MS Word does not Recognize "Criterium"

As much as I hate to admit it, there is really no comparison to the thrill crit racing. I can tour, climb, mountain bike race, time trial, group ride but only the crit has all cycling aspects tightly bundled in 45 minutes. There’s not much scenery in the parking lot course, coned off and with ambulance on hand. But everything I am sits on the start line and at the whistle, my life is square in the hands of others and my own skill. The dependency on others sharply contrasts the desire to get away from others—pulling, cornering, being sure no one gets too out of line off the front. The victory of small bridges, the defeat of losing contact, the ancient tactics of chase and attack.
