Food?

What is your personal carb-protein-fat ratio?

Card counting is for slobs who want to blame someone else for there fat ass that grew over the past ten years as result of consistent daily effort of over eating. I ride best after a night out of liquid carbo loading, that is if I can get up. I have never bothered to tally up a ratio of carb-protein-fat as if I were some vegetable garden in need of 20-40-40 fertilizer.

Amen brother Chris! Well, except for the liquid carbo loading part. It's not that I'm against it (I used to do alot of that myself in a former life), but it's not for me. See also my comment on "Social Life".

I pretty much eat what I want which is healthy but I do at time eat junk food but only in moderation!! Moderation is the key.

I don't specifically count carbs, but I have noticed I feel better when I do the 40-30-30 thing. I know that there have been several studies published that show that diet is a key component to competing better, and I assume therefore feeling better.

BTW, for those interested, the Fresh Market at Hilltop has excellent beef. I especially like the T-bones and ground round. They also have a non-national brand of ice cream, which is exceptional. Just thought I would share that everyone.
